  • You can find your version number by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Theme Details.
  • Please upload your receipt from your theme purchase here.
    Please deactivate all plugins that are not specifically recommended with the theme you are using and see if that clears things up. If so, you can reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the conflict. For detailed instructions on how to do so click here.
