So I was in a facebook group where someone made a comment that you could only create CTA button in your menu using Squarespace. My immediate reaction was “chile please, you gon learn today”. It really blows my mind how many people are so unaware of the non-limitations that WordPress has. You can literally do just about anything, even those “anythings” that Squarespace can do.
Add the CSS to your stylesheet
make sure to save your work
Add your menu item
Make sure that CSS is activated for your menus
make sure to save your work
Now your menu should look something like this
The moral of this tutorial is, don’t dismiss something because you can’t figure it out or don’t know how to achieve it. Just ask, and you shall receive.

It’s already written in the CSS code itself. The property to change the color of the font is color. You would enter your own value (hex code).
