Many of you have heard of Trello and I’m sure use it in various way. I wanted to give you a behind the scenes look at how I have implemented Trello into my workflow.
1. Client Onboarding
My client on boarding process is a bit different than other desierns/developers and that’s okay because everyone works differently. Zapier rocking self plays a great role in this process. Someone fills out the form on my site, which then goes to my inbox at Help Scout. Zapier zaps Trello and creates a card.
From there I can keep up with each client and where we are int he process of the completion of a project. I got this idea from Zoe Rooney who is a kick ass developer. Such a great way to stay on task for each client.

- Estimate
- Contract

- Design Approval*
- Development
- Testing
- Wrap Up
Sometimes there isn’t a design phase or approval which means I’m working directly with a web designer.
2. Espresso eCourses
So the amazing ninja’s at WooThemes came up with this awesome idea of using Trello to keep track of their employee onboarding and training. So took that idea and used it for the creation flow on the courses and books for Espresso.
How do you use your Trello?
